This adorable Carnival Chalk Kewpie Doll Bank is 12" tall. Circa: 1930's. Never has been opened. Incised on the bottom back is, "Cast/Craft, Toledo, O". Has it's original paint and glitter. Very ornate! This is not a reproduction but is an original! It is in very good condition - having no chips, cracks (or hairlines) or repairs.
