This beautifully hand painted and rare Rooster and Roses (alson known as Early Provincial)Butter Dish with Lid measures 2 1/2" high, 7 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" deep. It is in excellent condition.

They were first produced for Montgomery Ward and Company in 1949 by Vcagco Imports. They are each handpainted in Japan.
