Primitive "Mammy" Ramp Walker This fantastic Primitive Mammy Ramp Walker measures 5" tall. Circa: 1920's. Made of wood and cloth. Wonderful primitive toy!!! Put her on a slope and see her go! This primitive walker came out of an estate in Dallas,Texas in 1982 of a doctor and his wife who had done a considerable amount of travel and had collected Black Americana for over 50 years. Little Black Sambo Picture Puzzle (1942) This very rare picture puzzle of "Little Black Sambo" is Mint (never used or played with). It is 1 of 6 picture puzzles in the original box. The "Topper Picture Puzzle Box" is dated, "1942 by the Saalfiedl Pub. Co., Akron, Ohio. Made in the U.S.A." and measures 10" wide by 16" long by 1 1/2" deep. Each picture puzzle measures 7 3/4" wide by 9 3/4" high. The other 5 picture puzzles are Nursey Stories and are in excellent condition and have all their pieces except "The Owl & The Pussy Cat" Picture Puzzle, which is missing one piece as shown on an additonal photo you can view when you "Click" on the photo to the left. The original box is in fair condition but is still intact! This very rare Black Americana Collectible will make a great addition to any Black Memorabilia Collection!! 1941 Elsie & Her Family Board Game This wonderful and extremely collectible "Elsie" and Her Family Board Game is from the early 1940's. It is copyrighted 1941 by the Selcrow & Righter Co., New York, N.Y. "Made in the U.S.A." The box itself is in fair to good condition (some wear on the edges and a small strip - 4 3/4" in length from the side of the lid is missing). The box measures 19" long; 9 1/2" wide; 2" deep. Has the original game board which is in very good to near excellent condition and measures 19" by 19". Also has all the original wooden game pieces (except for one small green marker)which are all in excellent condition. The rules of the game are printed inside the top of the game box lid. The object of the game is to get Elsie, Elmer and Beulah back in the barn first before the other players. A wonderful, fun vintage game that would be a great addition to any Elsie collection or American Board Game Collection. This board game came out of a retired excutive's estate in Dallas, Texas who had worked for The Borden Company for a large number of years. During the past 29 years, this is the very first complete Elsie Board Game that I have ever seen. This is not a reproduction but is an original!
